Been in the Claw for 6 days now. I really like it here. I’ve been super lazy in Poland, I’ve sat about waaay more days than I’ve cycled. It becomes so much harder to cycle with all the bags and stuff if you stop for too long. Especially when your diet is 50% beer. So probably should get going to the Czech Republic. Couple of thunderstorms tomorrow to contend with but should be sunny in between.
Been busy the last few days looking around the city. The football madness finished on Sunday with an epic fireworks show, that was pretty sweet and things are slowly turning back to normal. I spent today going to some museums – nothing special – and going up some church steeples. You pay 5 zloty to go up (less than £1) and the views are amazing.
I was really clever this morning and spilt coffee all over my laptop when eating breakfast (I was zombified) and it wasn’t working so I had to take it apart and let the circuits dry out. I’ve been up all night putting it back together. I have no right arrow key and a snapped in half spacebar now. At least I get that coffee shop smell every time I open the lid.
Probably won’t be able to update this for a while because I’m camping the next few days and it looks like, at least on the map I have, that there is nothing in between here and Prague apart from a bunch of hills. Probably be in Prague by Thursday or Friday if I don’t get struck by lightning.
